Quirky shapes and bright colors create a fresh and dynamic new home for one of Boston’s oldest shoe stores. Plaster, plywood, and paint, as well as glass, rubber, and galvanized metal create a series of intimate environments within what was previously a large boxy space. The composition creates a strong visual attraction for Downtown Crossing crowds.
