Edwards Harborview Condominiums

With a floor added on top and a courtyard scooped out of the center, an urban school is transformed by developer Symes Associates into 28 light-filled condominiums, including three affordable units. The old masonry shell was restored and new steel and glass construction built within it to create a contemporary sense of openness inside and out. Penthouse units have living levels stacked above bedrooms to take advantage of harbor views.
