A two family development for the Groveland Housing Authority provides a model for affordable infill construction. The composition of appropriately scaled volumes fits into the traditional neighborhood while giving the house its own personality. Open interiors with corner windows offer views into the surrounding landscape. Both stick-built and modular versions were developed after a variety of layouts were considered.
