Somerset Housing

Working with GLC Development Resources LLC and the Town of Somerset Abacus developed a series of options for commercial development on a 14 acre parcel of land. The plans accommodate a range of urban and natural conditions on a site dotted with wetlands along a major highway. Office, retail, and a skilled nursing facility were designed and evaluated for feasibility.
