Mixed income housing is proposed in the adaptive reuse of the Blessed Sacrament church and school complex in Cambridge, MA. A new six-family building fills in an empty adjacent lot. Parking is below grade and in the lower levels of the existing buildings. A new community gathering space is created between the buildings and is open to the surrounding neighborhood.
