[ THE RESPONSE ]  With consultant GLC Development Resources, Abacus studied financial and physical conditions throughout Wakefield’s business districts and worked with community leaders to establish goals and objectives. Four detailed case studies proposed build-out scenarios for underutilized properties that could facilitate an economic resurgence by attracting private development in support of community values.
